Budget / CTC: ₹12,000,000 – ₹16,000,000 per annum (12 – 16 LPA)
Notice Period: 0 – 15 Days (up to 20 – 30 Days if currently serving resignation period)

About the Role
We are hiring 05 Senior ServiceNow Developers specializing in Integrated Risk Management (IRM / GRC). In this role, you will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, risk managers, and enterprise architects to design, build, and deploy custom and out-of-the-box (OOB) solutions across ServiceNow's IRM suite. We are seeking hands-on senior engineers who possess deep technical expertise in Risk Statements, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Control Frameworks.
Key Responsibilities

- Solution Design & Architecture: Partner directly with business stakeholders and risk officers to translate complex governance, risk, and compliance requirements into scalable, upgrade-secure ServiceNow IRM applications.
- IRM Module Development: Implement and configure core ServiceNow IRM solutions, including Policy & Compliance Management (PCM), Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management (VRM).
- OOB Customization & Framework Alignment: Configure OOB Risk Registers, Control Objectives, Inherent/Residual Risk Scoring models, and Compliance Frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COSO, GDPR).
- Core Scripting & Workflows: Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Flow Designer workflows, Record Producers, and Workspace views.
- Integrations & Continuous Monitoring: Build REST/SOAP web service integrations connecting ServiceNow IRM with third-party systems, CMDB entity sources, and external risk data feeds.




- Reporting & Performance Analytics: Configure executive dashboards, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Breakdown Sources, and automated risk scoring engines.

Key Technical & Functional Skills

- ServiceNow Core: Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Workspace / UI Builder, Import Sets & Transform Maps.
- IRM & GRC Capabilities: Risk Statements, Risk Assessments, Control Testing, Attestations, Issue & Remediation Workflows, Audit Engagements, Indicators.
- Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted REST, OAuth 2.0, IntegrationHub.

Mandatory Prerequisites & Qualifications

- Certification Requirements:
- Preferred: Active ServiceNow CSA and ServiceNow CIS - IRM / GRC certifications (candidates must provide their registered ServiceNow/Webassessor Email ID).
- Alternate Path: Candidates holding active ServiceNow CSA & CAD certifications with strong, demonstrable hands-on IRM development experience will also be considered (with agreement to obtain IRM certification post-hire).
- Note: Strong IRM developers with expired or recently un-renewed certifications are welcome to apply.
- Work Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST.
- Work Model: Hybrid – Mandatory 3 days per week from client office (Noida or Bangalore).
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners (0–15 days) preferred; candidates actively serving notice with 20–30 days remaining will also be evaluated.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for direct client engagement.

Package & Benefits

- Annual CTC: ₹12.0 – ₹16.0 Lakhs Per Annum (commensurate with experience).
