- Arrange machine loading as per production plan
- Assign work to operators
- Monitor hourly production output
- Ensure product quality as per drawing/spec
- Update route cards / job cards
- Maintain daily production report includes Production Qty, Rejection & Rework
- Monitor machine downtime
- Ensure 5S & safety practices
- Check daily checklist (machine + operator)
- Coordinate with maintenance for breakdown
- Train and guide operators
- Plan daily / weekly / monthly production targets
- Allocate resources (machines, manpower, materials)
- Monitor OEE, productivity, and machine utilization
- Ensure on-time delivery to customers
- Control production cost and reduce wastage
- Review rejection, rework, and downtime reports
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Stores
- Implement process improvements (5S, Kaizen)
- Ensure safety and compliance on shop floor

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
