About Us
Havenova Home Care Solutions is a home care agency serving families in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. We provide personal care, companion care, and skilled home health services. We're growing and need someone to own our online presence.

About the Role
We're looking for one person to run our digital marketing and keep our website in valuable shape. Most of your time will go to marketing: writing blogs, running Meta ads, and managing our Google Business Profile and LinkedIn. The rest is maintaining our WordPress site. You'll report directly to the Director.

What You'll Do

- Write SEO-friendly blog posts and website content on a regular schedule
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns with a monthly budget of about $1,000
- Track ad performance and adjust to bring down cost per lead
- Optimize and manage our Google Business Profile (posts, photos, reviews, Q&A;)
- Optimize our LinkedIn company page and post regularly
- Create social media graphics, ads, and videos in Canva and schedule them across platforms
- Use AI tools to speed up content creation, ad copy, and research, while keeping everything accurate and on-brand
- Maintain our WordPress website: updates, plugins, page edits, speed, and basic troubleshooting
- Make sure our site and landing pages work well on mobile and capture leads
- Report monthly on traffic, leads,



and campaign results

What We're Looking For

- Hands-on experience running Meta ads
- Strong writing skills. You can write transparent blog posts that don't read like filler
- Strong working knowledge of Canva for marketing (social posts, ads, flyers, short videos)
- Good knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for writing, ad copy, image creation, and research, and the judgment to edit the output so it sounds human
- Working knowledge of WordPress
- Experience with Google Business Profile and LinkedIn optimization
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup
- A portfolio or examples of your work (blogs, ad campaigns, Canva designs, sites you've managed). Required.

Nice to Have

- Experience in home care, senior care, or healthcare marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
- Basic HTML/CSS
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools

Schedule
Monday to Friday, remote. Some flexibility on hours.
