- Should have knowledge of sheet metal (Material knowledge ) GP, GPSP, Pipe, HR, CR Coil
- Measural : Lenght, Width,Thickness
- Use of Micrometer
- Weight calculation for sheet and Pipe
- Inspection & Quality Assurance: Verify raw sheet metal shipments against purchase orders, measuring thickness (gauge/mm), width, length, grade (e.g., Cold Rolled, Stainless Steel, Aluminum), and checking for surface defects or rust.
- Material Handling & Storage: Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, or sheet lifters to safely unload, move, and store heavy coils and sheet packs.
- Inventory Control: Maintain stock logs in ERP/WMS, tracking material batch numbers, heat numbers, and heat treatment certifications.
- Issuance to Production: Issue correct grades and sheet sizes to cutting areas (laser, plasma, punch press) to minimize material scrap.
- Safety & Storage Maintenance: Ensure flat, stress-free storage conditions to prevent sheet warping or corrosion.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
