Hiring for International Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Provide professional support to customers across international markets.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Update customer information and interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts.
- Freshers can apply; international BPO experience is an advantage.
