Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of insurance agents, driving business growth, and ensuring that your team meets sales targets. You will play a key role in recruiting talented agents, training them on product knowledge and sales techniques, and providing ongoing support to help them succeed. Your primary objective will be to develop a profitable agency network and enhance the overall performance of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruit, develop, and manage a team of insurance agents.
2. Provide training and continuous support to agents to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
3.



Set clear performance targets and monitor agent performance.
4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance agency productivity and profitability.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agents.
8. Organize sales events and team-building activities to foster a positive team culture.

Skills Required:

1. Solid leadership and team management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
