Job Summary

We are looking for a Stores & Inventory Executive to manage all raw materials, packaging

materials, consumables, and factory inventory. The role is responsible for inventory accuracy,

timely material issuance, stock planning, documentation, and ensuring uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Manage all raw material inventory.

Manage packaging material inventory.

Manage consumables inventory.

Maintain accurate physical stock and system records.

Ensure FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable.

Material Receiving

Receive incoming raw materials and packaging materials.

Verify quantity against Purchase Order and Invoice.

Check packaging condition and report shortages or damages.

Coordinate with QC for incoming material approval.

Ensure proper storage after receipt.

Material Issue

Issue raw materials to production.

Issue packaging materials to A5.

Issue seasonings, oil, salt, pellets and consumables.

Maintain issue records for every department.

Ensure batch-wise material issuance.

Stock Monitoring

Monitor minimum stock levels.

Generate reorder alerts.

Prevent stock-outs.

Maintain safety stock.

Report slow-moving and non-moving inventory.

Maintain cleanliness of the store.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Basic Tally knowledge is preferred.

Good inventory management skills.

Valuable documentation skills.

Attention to detail.

Good communication skills.

Ability to maintain accurate stock records.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in Stores, Warehouse, Inventory, or Manufacturing preferred.

Freshers with strong computer skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹9,747.01 - ₹25,000.00 per month
