We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically competent Site Quality Inspector (Civil) to ensure that construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect and monitor civil construction activities at the project site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections for RCC, reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, concreting, masonry, plastering and other civil works.
- Inspect reinforcement steel for bar diameter, spacing, lap length, development length, cover, anchorage and detailing as per approved structural drawings.
- Inspect shuttering/formwork for line, level, dimensions, alignment, stability, cleanliness and proper support before concreting.
- Monitor concrete pouring activities and ensure compliance with approved procedures.
- Check concrete grade, workability/slump, batching details and other relevant parameters.
- Ensure proper sampling and testing of concrete cubes and maintain test records.
- Verify incoming construction materials and ensure that materials conform to approved specifications and quality requirements.
- Identify defects, deviations and non-conformities and ensure timely corrective action.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, contractors,



subcontractors, consultants and testing agencies on quality-related matters.
- Conduct pre-pour inspections and issue/maintain required inspection records and checklists.
- Maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, test reports, material inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Monitor execution against approved method statements and quality procedures.
- Assist in preparing and closing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensuring corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
- Maintain records of concrete pours, cube tests, material tests and site inspections.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure recurring quality issues are identified and addressed.
- Carry out regular site inspections and report quality deviations to the concerned senior team member.
- Coordinate with laboratories for material and concrete testing whenever required.
- Ensure that quality documentation is complete, accurate and maintained as per project requirements.
- Support the project team during consultant/client inspections and quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, project specifications and approved quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma/B.E./B.Tech).
- 4–8 years of experience in civil construction quality inspection/QC.
- Strong practical knowledge of RCC construction and structural works.
- Good understanding of reinforcement,



shuttering/formwork and concreting processes.
- Knowledge of concrete testing, cube testing, slump testing and material inspection.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Familiarity with IS codes and construction quality standards.
- Experience in preparing quality checklists, inspection reports and other QA/QC documentation.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
