Job Overview

Lere Academy is looking for a creative, confident, and enthusiastic Content Creator & Video Presenter to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable presenting in front of the camera, creating engaging video content, and communicating ideas effectively to our target audience.

The candidate will be responsible for developing creative content, presenting educational and promotional videos, and supporting the academy’s digital marketing and social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Present educational, promotional, and brand awareness videos confidently in front of the camera.
- Develop creative content ideas, video concepts, and scripts based on marketing objectives.
- Promote Lere Academy’s courses, training programs, and career opportunities through video content.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing and graphic design teams to plan content campaigns.
- Research current social media trends, trending topics, and viral video formats.
- Deliver content in a clear, engaging, and audience-friendly manner.
- Participate in video shoots, promotional campaigns, interviews, and educational content production.
- Maintain consistency in content quality, brand messaging,



and posting schedules.
- Review video performance and contribute ideas to improve audience engagement and reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in front of the camera.
- Creativity and a solid interest in content creation and social media.
- Good scripting, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to identify trends and develop engaging content ideas.
- Good teamwork, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Malayalam and English communication skills are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in content creation, video presentation, anchoring, or social media marketing is an advantage.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or promotional videos is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting, lighting, and editing tools will be an added advantage.
