Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack AI Trainer with 5–10 years of industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and AI-powered application development.

The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications as well as training and mentoring developers/students on modern MERN Stack and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN Stack.
- Build responsive and high-performance front-end applications using React.js.
- Develop secure and scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Work with MongoDB for database design, optimization, and data management.
- Integrate third-party APIs and AI/ML services into web applications.
- Develop applications using Generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered features.
- Conduct practical training sessions on MERN Stack and AI technologies.
- Create training materials, coding exercises, projects, and technical documentation.




- Mentor learners/developers through real-world projects and provide code reviews and technical guidance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, GenAI, LLMs, and modern web development.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and web application architecture.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and modern development practices.
- Good understanding of database design and performance optimization.
- Practical experience with AI/GenAI technologies and LLM APIs.
- Knowledge of OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, LangChain, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or similar AI technologies is an advantage.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Pay: ₹9,371.83 - ₹39,771.72 per month
