We are looking for an experienced Procurement Professional to handle end-to-end procurement activities for projects from our Hyderabad location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive BOMs from the Design team and obtain quotations from vendors.
- Prepare comparative statements of quotations for management review.
- Release Purchase Orders / Work Orders with appropriate payment terms and delivery conditions.
- Prepare and regularly update project cash-flow and procurement cost plans.
- Coordinate with Accounts for vendor advances and running payments.
- Ensure timely material delivery, inspection and material readiness.
- Coordinate with vendors and transporters for timely delivery.
- Verify vendor invoices and complete SAP invoice-related activities.
- Handle CAPEX and OPEX procurement.
- Maintain vendor databases and procurement records.
- Prepare weekly project financial/procurement progress reports for management.
- Maintain payment and inventory worksheets and ensure regular updates.
- Support Tender / Business Development teams with project costing.
- Coordinate procurement and logistics requirements with project/site teams.
- Manage supplier relationships and support cost optimization.
- Prepare procurement MIS, KPI and management reports.




- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, architects and contractors to ensure smooth execution and minimize communication gaps.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 7–10 years of relevant Procurement experience.
- Graduate; B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Mandatory hands-on import procurement experience from China or Southeast Asia.
- Experience in CAPEX and OPEX procurement.
- Strong vendor sourcing, development, negotiation and commercial management skills.
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and Excel/Analytics.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and raw materials.

Added Advantage:

- Experience in Solar / Renewable Energy industry.
- Experience handling a team of 2–4 members.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
