Job Title: Private Chef

Budget: 70,000 per month, with accommodation and meals provided

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and nutrition-focused Private Chef for a private residence in Juhu, Mumbai. The role involves planning and preparing fresh, wholesome vegetarian meals, such as soups, salads, and wraps for a family of two, with a strong emphasis on nutrition, balance, and presentation. Household staff are available to support the chef.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and prepare daily vegetarian meals (mostly 2 meals) for a family of two, with a strong focus on nutrition and balance
- Prepare a wholesome repertoire of soups, salads, wraps, and other light, healthy meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Plan menus in consultation with the client, adapting to her tastes, dietary preferences,



and any changes in routine
- Use healthy cooking methods and mindful portioning to keep meals nutritious without compromising on flavour and presentation
- Maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and storage
- Coordinate with other household staff on kitchen support, meal timings, and service

Required Experience

- Minimum four years of experience in hospitality, hotels, or luxury residences
- Culinary diploma or formal training in culinary arts/hospitality; knowledge of nutrition is an advantage
