Job Title: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)

Job Overview: We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers to manage customer relationships through digital channels. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in banking sales. You will engage with customers, understand their financial needs, and promote relevant banking products while ensuring a seamless digital experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with assigned customers as per defined contact policies
- Deliver high‑quality digital banking experiences
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve queries within timelines
- Promote digital banking services for customer convenience
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Build long‑term customer relationships to ensure retention
- Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets
- Cross‑sell and up‑sell banking products (TPP, Assets, Cards, etc.)




- Profile customers to identify sales opportunities
- Ensure compliance before offering products
- Process customer requests and transactions accurately
- Adhere to banking policies, regulatory norms, and internal guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: Graduate (any stream except B.Tech/BE)
- Experience: Freshers can apply (0–1 year preferred)

Key Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of banking and financial products
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Customer‑focused approach with sales and persuasion abilities
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Language Requirement:

- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in any one: Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
