Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage and grow our brand's social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media strategies, content planning, audience engagement, brand positioning, and performance analytics.

The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, executing promotional campaigns, and building a solid online community to increase brand awareness, engagement, and business enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
- Manage and grow the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, as relevant.
- Create monthly content calendars and plan engaging posts, stories, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop creative captions, compelling content, and brand-focused storytelling.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage audience interactions, comments, direct messages, and online community engagement.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase reach, followers, engagement, and qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly reports on reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and visual quality across all platforms.
- Continuously optimize content strategies based on analytics, audience behavior,



and campaign results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in social media management.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Expertise in content strategy, content calendar planning, and social media growth techniques.
- Excellent copywriting, caption writing, and communication skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics, audience insights, and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms.
- Knowledge of reels, short-form video content, hashtags, and current social media trends.
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns and lead generation.
- Strong organizational, creative thinking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing social media accounts for established brands or businesses.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and measurable results.
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies, or marketing departments.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement strategies.
- A degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
