Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Executive to join our bookstore team at Lulu Mall, Ernakulam. The role involves assisting customers, driving book sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting books and provide product recommendations.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash/stock-related activities.
- Maintain attractive book displays and proper store merchandising.
- Monitor stock availability and support stock replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline,



and overall store presentation.
- Support promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

- Any Graduate with positive communication skills.
- Prior experience in retail sales, bookstore, FMCG, or customer service is preferred.
- Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Customer-focused, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
