About the Role

Turtlemint is looking for a Business Strategy Intern who enjoys working with data. You'll support the strategy and marketing teams by analyzing campaign and partner data, building reports, and turning numbers into insights that shape business decisions. This role suits a curious, analytical person who wants hands-on experience in a fast-growing insurtech company.

What You'll Do

- Collect, clean and analyze campaign, customer and distribution partner (DP) data
- Build and maintain dashboards and weekly performance reports (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI)
- Help plan and run marketing campaigns across WhatsApp, email, SMS and push, then measure their results
- Find trends, drop-offs and growth opportunities in funnel and partner data
- Support strategy projects: market research, competitor benchmarking and business cases
- Prepare presentations and insight summaries for leadership




- Suggest ways to automate repetitive reporting and campaign tasks

Who We're Looking For

- A final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or a related field
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic charts)
- Comfortable with numbers, with a logical, structured approach to problems
- Transparent written and verbal communication, and able to explain what the data says
- Quick learner who takes ownership of tasks

Good to Have

- Basic SQL, Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio, or Python
- Interest in insurance, fintech or BFSI
- Familiarity with CleverTap, AiSensy, Google Analytics or AI tools
