Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support business development, lead generation, and client engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and identify potential clients.
- Perform market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
- Promote company services and build client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain lead databases and MIS reports.
- Assist in sales and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

- MBA graduate in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Robust interpersonal skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
