Where this role sits

Sparsh CCTV is building across surveillance hardware, software and AI, with a growing portfolio of products and solutions designed for different industries, applications and environments.

Behind every product is an ecosystem of information — specifications, capabilities, documentation, use cases, solutions and the systems through which that information reaches our teams and customers.

As a Product Strategy Associate within Strategy & Growth, you’ll work across this ecosystem, helping connect our products to solutions and building the data and processes that support them across the business.

What you’ll work on

Product Database

Build and manage structured product information across our hardware, software and AI portfolio

Solution Mapping

Connect products and capabilities to industry requirements, applications and complete solutions

Product Research

Understand specifications, technologies, use cases and how different components work together

Data & Platforms

Manage and track product and business data across Sparsh Hub, customer platforms and other systems

Processes & Ownership

Build workflows for how information is collected, validated,



updated and maintained across teams

Who this role is for

- - 0–2 years of experience; strong fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- - Strong analytical and logical thinking

- - Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with data

- - Curious about products, technology and how things work

- - Able to research and turn complex information into clear structures

- - Robust Excel or Google Sheets skills

- - Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills

- - Comfortable taking ownership and following things through to completion

- - Willing to learn technical concepts and ask plenty of questions
