Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Build reusable, scalable, and efficient front-end components
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers
- Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness
- Debug, test, and optimize existing applications
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js,



Express.js, MongoDB
- Understanding of REST APIs and database design
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap/Tailwind
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Firebase)
- Knowledge of deployment and CI/CD
- Understanding of Agile development

Communication Skills:

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Team collaboration and professional attitude
