About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to generate B2B meetings and help us onboard more clients. You will be the first point of contact for current businesses, start the conversation, book the meeting and support the close.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (SMEs, manufacturers, clinics, restaurants, startups and more) through LinkedIn, calls, email and WhatsApp

- Build and manage a steady pipeline of leads and book meetings and discovery calls for the founder

- Explain Heartiee's services (branding, logo and identity design, websites, social media management and content) in simple, client-friendly language

- Use LinkedIn actively: personal profile, connection requests, DMs, content engagement and Sales Navigator style prospecting

- Follow up consistently, handle objections and help convert meetings into onboarded clients





- Maintain lead and meeting records and share regular progress updates

- Keep up with industry trends and competitor agencies

Requirements

- Good communication skills; English preferred (spoken and written), along with Hindi/Punjabi

- Good understanding of LinkedIn and how to use it for outreach and lead generation

- Basic understanding of branding, social media marketing and digital services

- Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups and meeting targets

- Confident, self-motivated and well-presented

- Prior experience in sales, business development or agency work is a plus, freshers with strong potential are welcome

- Must be able to work on-site at our office in Rajpura, Punjab

What we offer

- Salary: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month, depending on experience

- Sales incentive on every client you help onboard

- Hands-on exposure to branding, web design and digital marketing
