Job Responsibilities :

Job Accountabilities

- Maintain the confidential affairs of VVIPs.

- Booking the guest house and taking care of logistics.

- Effectively maintaining the pre and post meetings and agendas and special assignments.

- To coordinate with various stake holders to handle the personal matters of VVIPs.

- To ensure and manage the establishment and maintenance of positive relationships at all levels of government, public services, and other authorities to facilitate communication and help advance the organization#s business interests.

- Act as a Representative of the organization#s position on legislation and government policy to government representatives, committees and other regulatory agencies so that the organization#s interests are advanced, whenever needed

- Ensure that all the organization#s dealings with government agencies are conducted ethically, legally, and according to the organization#s policies and standards.

- Statutory Permissions, Licensing and Liaising:





- Ensure proper handling of permits, licenses, certificates, authorizations, and other approvals that the organization needs to conduct its business activities; and produce, sell, and distribute its goods and services. These may include product licenses, manufacturing, import and export permits.

To participate and manage the monitoring, analysing, and interpretation of developments in government policy and advice senior management on how these trends may impact the organization#s business interests

Education Requirement :

Full time Bachelor's degree in Commerce

Experience Requirement :

- Minimum 9-12 years of work experience required

- Working with manufacturing industry would be preferable

Skills & Competencies :

- Knowledge of local and English language

- Knowledge of word and excel.

- Positive communication skills

- Reading comprehension, active listening

- Critical thinking, System analysis

- Complex problem solving

Judgement and decision making.
