- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and pricing clearly.
- Generate leads and convert interested customers into sales or appointments.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Answer customer questions and handle basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses.
- Update customer information in CRM or company databases.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with sales and customer-service teams when required.
- Maintain a polite, confident, and skilled telephone manner.

Common requirements: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, convincing/negotiation skills, fluency in required languages, and the ability to handle rejection and work toward targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
