We work with leading organisations to create experiences that are fun, meaningful and designed around real business and people outcomes.

What You’ll Do

● Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
● Understand client requirements and recommend relevant team-building and experiential learning solutions.
● Follow up with prospects, build relationships and move opportunities through the sales cycle.
● Prepare proposals and presentations in collaboration with the internal team.
● Participate in client calls and meetings and gradually take ownership of your conversations.
● Coordinate internally with the Operations and Facilitation teams to ensure a smooth handover after closure.
● Maintain accurate lead and client information and keep track of follow-ups.
● Explore current industries, companies and opportunities to grow the business.

● Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
● Someone confident enough to pick up the phone and speak to new people.
● Strong follow-up skills and the ability to stay persistent without being pushy.
● Curiosity to understand businesses, people and client requirements.
● Good interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
● Someone organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
● A learning mindset and willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, client servicing or a similar role are also welcome.
