Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Handle recruitment for junior, mid-level, and senior positions.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely hiring decisions.
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Build talent pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Monitor recruitment targets, turnaround time,



and hiring performance.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
- Robust follow-up skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in hospitality, facility management, housekeeping, or other service industries will be an advantage.
- Experience in bulk hiring and client-based recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics, reporting, and applicant tracking systems.

Pay: ₹9,400.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
