About the Role:
As a Patent Engineer – Trainee, you will:
- Start with patent research, prior art analysis, and invention mapping
- Get rigorously trained by experts in US patent law and Patent drafting techniques
- Learn how to draft claims and specifications for real-world, high-value innovations
- Collaborate on projects in telecom, AI, semiconductors, wireless systems, and embedded tech, Robotics
- Grow into a high-performance patent drafter within 6–8 months based on performance

Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech / M.Tech / M.sc / PhD in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Mechanical Engineer (Robotics)
- 0–2 years of experience (2023–2025 batch preferred)
- Strong fundamentals in wireless communication, software, circuits, AI, VLSI, or embedded systems, telecom, or mechanical or robotics
- Excellent written English and logical thinking
- Prior exposure to IPR/patents is a plus, but not mandatory
