· Set up CNC machines in accordance with job requirements, including selecting the appropriate CNC program and tooling.

· Load raw materials into the machine, ensuring proper alignment and secure clamping.

· Select and install cutting tools, toolholders, and fixtures according to the machining plan.

· Align and secure workpieces in the machine, ensuring proper positioning and fixation.

· Start and monitor CNC machining processes to ensure that programs are executed accurately.

· Conduct in-process inspections and measurements to verify that machined parts meet specifications.

· Perform tool changes, tool offsets, and adjustments as needed during machining operations.

· Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines to ensure their optimal performance.

· Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

· Ensure that all machined parts meet quality standards and specifications.

· Maintain accurate records of machine setup sheets, tooling, and production logs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
