Service Engineer

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

We are looking for a Service Engineer responsible for machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, validate and commission machines at customer sites.
- Handle machine troubleshooting, servicing and repairs.
- Attend service complaints and provide timely technical support.
- Conduct machine inspection, fault diagnosis and corrective actions.
- Provide machine operation/training support to customers.
- Handle machine erection and ensure proper installation.
- Prepare service reports and maintain service documentation.
- Conduct safety checks and periodic machine inspections.




- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for service requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of field service issues.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of machines and mechanical systems.
- Experience in machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairs.
- Hands-on experience in machine erection and service complaint handling.
- Valuable reporting and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
