Key Responsibilities

- Calculate Sea Export Freight Rates and prepare customer quotations.
- Obtain, check, and compare rates from shipping lines, co-loaders, and vendors.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive freight rates.
- Calculate applicable ocean freight, origin charges, documentation charges, and surcharges.
- Handle customer RFQs and pricing requests and ensure timely quotations.
- Check costing and profit margins before sharing quotations.
- Prepare quotations for applicable Incoterms, including DAP and DDP.
- Maintain and update freight rate sheets and pricing records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and overseas agents for pricing requirements.
- Follow up on quotations and provide timely responses.
- Monitor market freight rates and maintain updated pricing information.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 1–3 years of experience in Sea Export Pricing / Freight Forwarding.
- Good understanding of sea export freight rates and pricing structures.
- Knowledge of shipping lines, co-loaders, vendors, and freight surcharges.
- Understanding of Incoterms, particularly DAP and DDP.
- Knowledge of cost calculation and profit margin management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Robust negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet quotation deadlines.
