ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE – US ACCOUNTING

About the Role

Accounting Outsource Hub Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executives to join our accounting team. The role involves handling accounting and bookkeeping activities for US-based clients.

Candidates with US Accounting experience, Indian Accounting experience, as well as freshers with a strong accounting background are welcome to apply.

Experience

- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 2+ years of experience in Indian Accounting can also apply.
- Candidates with prior 2+ US Accounting / US Bookkeeping experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record and categorize financial transactions accurately.
- Perform Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Review accounting data and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
- Work on accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and other relevant platforms.
- Assist in managing accounting requirements for US-based clients.
- Follow company procedures and ensure timely completion of assigned work.




- Coordinate with team members and seniors to resolve accounting-related issues.

Requirements & Skills

- Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of debit, credit, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Candidates with accounting software knowledge will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn US Accounting processes.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Shift Timings

For Girls : 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
For Boys : 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Salary

For US Experienced Candidate :- ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

For Fresher Candidate :- ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

For Indian Accounting Candidate :- ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
