1- Target Area

The Sales Executive will be assigned a territory. They will be responsible for covering the assigned territory, identifying potential customers and expanding the availability of Houseit products

2- Target Stalls & Outlets

Tea stalls and tea vendors.

Paan stalls

3- Daily Reporting

The Sales Executive must submit a daily sales report covering:

Total number of stalls and outlets visited.

Number of recent outlets acquired.

Number of orders generated.

Total sales achieved.

Follow-ups and repeat orders.

4- Salary & Commission

Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹36,000 + attractive incentives

Sales Commission: Additional commission based on sales performance, as per the company's approved commission structure.

Commission rates, targets and payout conditions will be communicated by the company.
