Drop Theory is a growing e-commerce business looking to build a profitable presence on Meesho. We are seeking an experienced professional who can independently manage and grow our Meesho seller account.

Responsibilities

- Manage Meesho seller account operations and product catalogs.
- Conduct product research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, titles and images.
- Understand and troubleshoot shipping charges, weight slabs and marketplace deductions.
- Develop strategies to improve product visibility, conversions and orders.
- Analyze sales, returns, cancellations and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to scale profitable products.

Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce marketplace experience, with strong Meesho experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Meesho seller operations, pricing and shipping calculations.
- Proven experience in product research,



catalog optimization and sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to solve problems independently and make data-driven decisions.
- Must demonstrate previous work experience and measurable results.

What We Expect

We need a results-oriented professional who understands Meesho beyond basic listing uploads and can help us build a profitable, scalable business. Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical assessment.

Salary: ₹6–12 LPA, negotiable based on experience and proven expertise.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
