We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team. The role involves generating leads, connecting with buyers and investors, conducting site visits, and closing plot/property sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and follow up with potential customers and investors.

* Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.

* Arrange and conduct property/site visits.

* Build robust relationships with clients.

* Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
