The Role: The On-Ground
Are you passionate about sports, community, and creating unforgettable experiences? GamePark Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Supervisor to support venue operations, engage players, and contribute to building a vibrant sports community. This role is considered a Venue Manager in training, offering significant growth potential.

Here’s your game plan (What You Will Do):

- Facility Support: Assist with maintaining courts, equipment, and facilities to high standards. Support booking management, inventory control, and ensure smooth daily operations while striving for high customer ratings.
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist players, manage queries, and promote coaching, tournaments, and events. Help build strong relationships to identify growth opportunities.
- Team Collaboration:



Work closely with the Venue Manager to understand staff scheduling and provide excellent service. Learn to motivate a team to meet operational goals.
- Financial Learning: Support the Venue Manager in understanding budgets, tracking revenue, and controlling expenses. Assist with generating performance reports to optimize results.
- Marketing & Events: Assist in planning and promoting tournaments, leagues, and events. Learn to leverage social media and outreach to enhance visibility and participation.
- Safety & Compliance: Support the Venue Manager in ensuring health and safety standards are followed and conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe environment.
- Community Building: Collaborate with schools, clubs, and coaches to expand the venue's reach. Assist in fostering engagement through consistent communication and updates.

Who We’re Looking For: The Execution Ninja

- The Veteran: You bring 1+ years of experience supervising venues —preferably coming from sports management, premium fitness chains, hospitality, or rapid-paced retail.
- The People Captain: You have a proven ability to lead from the front, motivate diverse teams, and maintain ironclad accountability.
- The Communication Champ: Your verbal and written communication is sharp, empathetic,



and professional. You can talk about community-building with customers.
- The Problem-Solving Ninja: You thrive in fast-paced environments, making fast, data-driven operational choices on your feet before problems escalate.
- The Tech-Forward Operator: You are fully comfortable navigating MS Office Suite, tracking sheets, and modern venue-management/booking platforms.
- The Core Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with a high willingness to travel locally across city locations regularly.
