Requirements
Job Description:
- Lead and manage the Inside Sales team.
- Develop and execute inside-sales strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and sales pipeline.
- Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Track calls, follow-ups, meetings, conversions and revenue.
- Coach and mentor Inside Sales Executives.
- Handle significant prospects and high-value opportunities.
- Review sales conversations and provide feedback.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Business Development teams.
- Maintain CRM discipline and accurate pipeline reporting.
- Identify gaps in the sales process and implement improvements.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Drive consistent lead follow-up and conversion.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
