At Kalobio, we provide high-quality products to our customers through online orders. We take pride in delivering every order accurately, neatly, and on time. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Order Picker & Packer to join our dispatch team.

Role Overview

As an Order Picker & Packer, you will be responsible for preparing customer orders for daily shipment. Your main focus will be locating items, inspecting quality, packaging orders safely and neatly, printing courier labels, and handing parcels over to shipping partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Order Picking: Review daily order sheets or app dashboards to pick the exact items, quantities, and sizes from stock.
- Quality Check: Inspect products for defects, leaks, or damage before boxing them up.
- Packing & Presentation: Pack items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap,



tape, branded tissue/inserts) to prevent transit damage while maintaining a neat unboxing experience.
- Labeling & Invoicing: Include correct customer invoices/packing slips and paste shipping labels accurately.
- Dispatch Handover: Sort parcels by delivery partner (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post) and hand them over during scheduled pickups.
- Inventory & Supplies: Keep track of packing materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap) and alert the supervisor when stock is running low.
- Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure packaging station.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
