Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, statutory compliance, and reporting. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and Tally/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting entries.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Handle invoices, payments, receipts, and expense records.
- Assist with monthly closing and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other applicable returns.




- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Support management with financial data and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Tally / ERP accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred.
