Reports To Owner

Job Purpose

To supervise day-to-day operations of the animal feed manufacturing plant, Handling Labours,Loading Unloading Slips.

Key Responsibilities Production Operations

- Manage day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of materials
- Maintain accurate stock records in registers/ERP systems
- Ensure proper documentation of inward & outward entries (GRN, issue slips, etc.)
- Monitor stock levels and inform for reordering to avoid shortages
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials

Manpower Management

- Maintain discipline on the shop floor.
- Train workers on SOPs, safety practices.




- Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of workers.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with plant safety rules and statutory requirements.
- Enforce use of PPE and safe working practices.
- Report accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Support audits and inspections by internal or external agencies.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily production reports, shift logs, and downtime records.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
