# Job Description – IT & Digital Systems Executive

**Experience:** Practical project experience in web development, data management, and software integrations.

1. Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization's website, candidate data-management systems, and CRM automation workflows. They will also troubleshoot technical issues, improve existing systems, and integrate software tools to support business operations.

2. Key Responsibilities:-

--Website Development and Maintenance

- Maintain and update the company website.
- Develop and improve website forms and features.
- Resolve website, hosting, and integration issues.

--Data Management and Recruitment Systems

- Maintain the candidate and resume-management system.
- Improve resume data extraction, validation, and organization.
- Support candidate filtering, matching, and recruitment workflows.
- Maintain data quality and system reliability.

--CRM and Business Automation

- Configure and maintain Zoho CRM.
- Support email integration and automated communication.
- Work on email, SMS, and WhatsApp business messaging integrations.
- Troubleshoot API integrations and automation workflows.

3. Required Technical Skills

- JavaScript,



React, Next.js, HTML, and CSS.
- Python programming and data processing.
- Database management and data validation.
- API integrations and webhooks.
- CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM.
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and maintaining existing applications.

4. Preferred Skills

- OCR and document-processing systems.
- AI-assisted data extraction or matching.
- Experience with third-party messaging services and cloud hosting.

5. Ideal Candidate

A practical, hands-on full-stack developer who can maintain existing software projects, manage data-processing workflows, and integrate business tools. Experience with Zoho CRM and automation is desirable.

**Important:** The candidate should be capable of taking over existing projects and continuing their development, rather than building everything from scratch.
