Job Description

Quality Assurance (QA) FunctionsImplement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS).Prepare, review,



and approve:Quality plans (QAP)Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)Method StatementsWork procedures as per ISO standardsEnsure compliance with:Contract specificationsIS codes / ASTM / relevant standardsClient and consultant requirementsConduct internal quality audits and ensure closure of non-conformities.Monitor vendor & subcontractor quality systems and approvalsQuality Control (QC) Functionssupervise and carry out inspection and testingof materials and works:Concrete works (batching, pouring, curing)Rock excavation, slope stabilization, tunnelingDam structures, waterways, surge shafts, power houseReinforcement and shuttering checksEnsure testing of materials like:Cement, aggregates, steel, water, admixturesVerify and maintain:Field test reportsCube testing, soil testing, NDT reportsCoordinate with laboratories (site & third-party labs).
