Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and analyze hydrological and hydraulic models for water resource projects.
- Perform runoff analysis, stormwater studies, flood estimation, flood risk assessment, and 1D/2D hydraulic modeling.
- Build and validate models using HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and other hydraulic modeling software.
- Collect, process, analyze, and interpret hydrological, meteorological, and geospatial datasets.
- Utilize GIS tools (QGIS, ArcGIS, MapInfo) for spatial analysis, mapping, and drawing support.
- Perform data manipulation and visualization using Excel, Power BI, MS Access, and FME.
- Develop scripts and automate workflows using Python, R, SQL, and Advanced Excel.
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and client presentations.
- Analyze project challenges, identify risks, and recommend technical solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.




- Stay updated with advancements in hydrology, GIS, and water resource technologies.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

- Experience – 8+ years
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Hydrology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of hydrological and hydraulic principles.
- Hands-on experience with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, flood modeling, and stormwater analysis.
- Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or MapInfo.
- Experience with Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and data management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical report writing skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently , manage multiple project priorities and guide the team.
