We’re Hiring – *Regional HR Officer*

Base Location: MUMBAI

Experience: Retail Background Mandatory

Salry - 4.5 to 5.5 LPA

*Must be open to travel & manage multiple locations*

*Key Responsibilities*

Handle end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, interviews & hiring for stores.

Partner with store/department managers for manpower planning & onboarding.

Drive performance management processes & support managers in reviews.

Manage employee relations: grievances, conflict resolution & disciplinary actions.

Maintain accurate employee records & HR systems.

Lead employee engagement initiatives & promote a positive work culture.

Strong knowledge of HR practices & labour laws (store‑level).

Experience in talent acquisition, performance management & ER.





Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Problem‑solving mindset with solid decision‑making ability.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Leadership skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

*Qualification*

MBA / Graduation in HR or any related field.

Minimum 3 Years of Experience in retail industry is mandatory.
