Job Title: Loan Officer – Personal Loan & Business Loan

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹20,000 per month (As per Experience)
Experience: 1 Year Preferred
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Loan Officer to manage customer enquiries, generate loan leads, and assist customers with loan application processing. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of financial products, good communication skills, and the ability to handle customer follow-ups effectively.

Candidates with experience in banking, NBFCs, DSA, loan sales, or financial services are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads for Personal Loans and Business Loans.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents as per the applicable process.
- Assist customers with loan applications and coordinate with the processing team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to improve conversions.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate lead records.
- Ensure transparent communication and follow company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, DSA, or financial services is preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
