. Proven Solution Architecture experience – someone who has designed Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and can translate those into solutions for the engineering team to deliver.

- Strong Service Cloud experience – this is particularly key as around 70–80% of our Salesforce platform runs on Service Cloud.
- Experience Cloud experience – important as we have multiple consultant-facing sites running on Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce integration experience – exposure to connecting Salesforce with different enterprise systems would be valuable.

We need someone who works closely with developers, provides technical guidance,



and leads solution design and problem-solving, rather than someone primarily focused on managing people, programs or projects. Therefore, we are not looking for profiles that are primarily Engineering Managers, Program Managers or Delivery Managers.

Pay: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹5,500,000.00 per year
