We are looking for a Store Manager to manage the complete day-to-day operations of one retail meat store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage store operations, staff, sales and customer service.
- Supervise and coordinate store team and handle staff/customer issues.
- Monitor stock, pricing, wastage, product rotation and availability.
- Ensure proper product display, cleanliness and store hygiene.
- Handle POS, billing, cash, card and digital payments and daily reconciliation.
- Check transactions, stock balances and report discrepancies.
- Handle customer complaints, returns and exchanges.
- Cross-sell products, promote offers and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain store administration and daily reports.
- Ensure smooth store operations when cashier or other staff are unavailable.
- Coordinate with management for stock, pricing and operational requirements.





Requirements:

- Experience in retail/store management, cashier or sales.
- Basic computer and POS knowledge.
- Good communication, teamwork and time-management skills.
- Solid customer service and problem-solving ability.
- Responsible for sales, cash and stock control.
- Experience in food, grocery, FMCG or meat retail is an advantage.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
