Solar Site Supervisor – Solar PV & Solar ThermalAbout the Role

We are a growing Solar EPC company executing Solar PV and Solar Thermal Projects across multiple locations. We are looking for a hands-on Solar Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities, installation, commissioning, manpower, materials, and project execution.

Extensive travel and long-term stay at project sites are mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise Solar PV installation and commissioning, including solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, DC/AC cabling, and electrical systems.
- Supervise Solar Thermal system installation, including solar collectors, piping, pumps, storage tanks, valves, and control systems.
- Ensure installation work is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Manage site manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and daily work schedules.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Electrical/Mechanical Teams, Clients, Contractors, and Vendors.
- Monitor daily site progress, work quality, manpower productivity, and material utilization.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records,



quality checklists, and safety documentation.
- Assist with testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, rectification, and project handover.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with engineers for technical solutions and timely project completion.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Thermal, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Solar EPC, Electrical, Mechanical, or project execution.
- Experience in Solar PV and Solar Thermal Projects is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, solar PV systems, thermal/hot water systems, piping, and equipment installation.
- Ability to read basic electrical/mechanical drawings and follow technical instructions.
- Positive site coordination, manpower management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay at project sites for long durations is mandatory.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
