- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely interview feedback and candidate communication.
- Negotiate compensation within company guidelines and coordinate offer roll-out.
- Manage pre-joining engagement and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and institute partnerships.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and hiring trackers.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
