Job Title: MEP Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience

CTC: ₹4 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at the site.

Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs before execution.

Coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth project progress.

Monitor the installation of HVAC, electrical, firefighting, plumbing, drainage, and ELV systems.

Ensure all MEP works are carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Prepare daily progress reports and track project schedules.

Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.

Manage subcontractors, vendors, and manpower associated with MEP activities.





Check material quality, approve material usage, and maintain inventory records.

Resolve technical issues and provide site engineering support.

Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project specifications.

Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspections and handover activities.

Prepare as-built drawings and completion documentation.

Maintain proper documentation related to work progress, measurements, and billing.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with Electrical experience in the real estate sector will be preferred. Candidates should also have basic experience in Mechanical and Plumbing.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
