Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and builders
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate investment solutions.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and investment opportunities.
- Present projects and investment opportunities in a professional and structured manner.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of builder interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
