About the RoleAXIONZ Institute is seeking an experienced and passionate Oil & Gas QA/QC NDT Faculty to join our academic team. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing the next generation of mechanical engineers and quality control professionals by delivering high-quality theoretical lectures and hands-on laboratory instruction in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) standards.
If you possess solid domain expertise in Mechanical QA/QC and NDT procedures along with a passion for teaching and curriculum development, we welcome your application.
Key Responsibilities

- Lecture Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive classroom lectures in QA/QC procedures, inspection codes, and NDT methods relevant to the Oil & Gas industry.
- Practical & Lab Instruction: Conduct hands-on lab sessions and practical demonstrations to ensure students gain deep, applied understanding of mechanical quality control principles.
- Curriculum & Course Design: Contribute actively to curriculum updates, course material creation, lesson planning,



and overall program assessment.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical examinations, and feedback sessions to ensure industry readiness.

Qualification & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's Degree ($B.E./B.Tech$) or Post Graduation ($M.E./M.Tech$) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1 - 3+ years of teaching/instructional experience in QA/QC and NDT domains preferred. Industry field experience in Oil & Gas inspection is an added advantage.
- Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of NDT methods (UT, MT, PT, RT, VT) and international standards (ASNT, ISO, ASME, API).
- Strong classroom presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex engineering concepts through practical applications.
