Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, and client engagement. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and scheduling meetings to develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
*Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
*Identify and connect with potential B2B clients.
*Introduce the company's IT services, cybersecurity solutions, and technology offerings to prospective customers.
*Understand client requirements and qualify leads.
*Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.
*Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert opportunities into business.
*Maintain lead records, call details, and follow-ups in CRM tools.




*Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
*Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams.
*Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and meetings.
*Mandatory Skills1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
*Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
*Experience in cold calling and prospect follow-ups.
*Ability to identify and qualify potential customers.Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
*Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
*Target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
*Experience in IT services, software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology sales will be an added advantage.
*Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with business clients.
*Proactive, confident, and results-driven.
